We are a national talent accelerator for the next generation of American public sector leaders at the nexus of business, government, and society.


  • We exist to advance the health, welfare, and prosperity of the nation and our posterity by inspiring, empowering, and affirming the ability of all citizens to thrive as American public sector leaders at the nexus of business, government, and society — with a particular focus on aspiring and emerging leaders from marginalized (e.g. low-income, rural, minority, etc.) backgrounds.

  • By 2030, we will be nationally recognized as the preeminent American public sector workforce development institution operating at the nexus of business, government, and society.

  • We imagine, design, build, launch, and scale alternative career pathways, talent management systems, and workforce development solutions which connect the next generation of American public sector leaders to United States government departments, agencies, and partners at the nexus of business, government, and society.


The Problem

For more than two decades, inefficiencies in the American public sector workforce labor market have stifled the human capital management efforts of government departments, agencies, and partners and precluded many citizens, especially those from historically disadvantaged backgrounds (e.g., low-income, rural, minority, etc.), from answering the call to public service.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Persistent human capital management issues arising from bureaucratic constraints inhibit American public sector recruiting and retention efforts:

General lack of career awareness
Slow recruiting processes
Aging workforce (i.e., “silver tsunami”)
Qualified talent shortages
Increased labor market competition

FOR CANDIDATES

Several barriers preclude many American citizens from answering the call to public service — especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds:

Limited exposure to career opportunities
Difficulty navigating outdated hiring systems
Inability to tear the “paper ceiling”

THE SOLUTION

We create registered apprenticeship programs, develop career guidance initiatives, and establish strategic educational partnerships that redefine American public sector human capital management and create sustainable pipelines of diverse talent skilled through alternative routes. In doing so, we enable the facilitation of hands-on, experience-based, and job-embedded learning that bridges the gap between academic theory, practical application, and real-world impact. Furthermore, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice for all marginalized communities (e.g., low-income, rural, minority, etc.) ensures that aspiring and emerging leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds are able to access flexible, constructive, and affordable alternative pathways to American public sector careers.
